Most park guests visiting Mickey’s Toontown head straight for Roger Rabbit’s Car Toon Spin or Mickey’s House. But those who take time to explore the shops and Toontown’s city center will find a lot of fun gags and optical illusions. This includes a hidden gem: the Toontown Police Scanner.
To find the Police Scanner, head over to the city buildings on the right-hand side of the city center. The Scanner is in the square, behind the clock repair shop.
In this back area you’ll find a blue and orange pole with a telephone and policeman’s cap. If you pick up the phone, you can eavesdrop on the Toontown Police as they discussed their daily activities! Some of the reports include suspicious characters, the weasels causing trouble around Toontown, and banana peel accidents.
The Toontown Police Scanner disappeared in early 2013, but reappeared in 2016. Next time you’re in Toontown, take a moment to find out the latest mischief the toons are getting into!
