Sick of autograph books? Looking for a creative way to show off your signature collection? I’m always on the lookout for creative ways to get those autographs, like the frame DIY I shared a while back.

An easy way to personalize your autographs is to collect them on your initials! You can get wood or plastic letters from craft stores for a few dollars apiece. I chose one that would work with my block countdown calendar.

(I went with an M, since it had a lot more surface area than the J!)

All you have to do is bring your letter and a sharpie or two to the park. The characters love signing something different, and you can also snap some cool photos of each signing your Autograph Letter.

Word to the wise – give the sharpie a few minutes to dry before you stuff it in your bag, or it’ll smudge. (Sorry Princess Tiana!)

Do you use alternatives to the autograph books? What creative ideas have you tried? Let me know in the comments!
