Rita’s Baja Blenders is a quick-service drink spot located along California Adventure’s waterfront. Guests can grab a drink, wander the pier, and grab a seat overlooking the water or Radiator Springs. Rita doesn’t serve food, but she offers a variety of drinks to keep you cool in the California sunshine.

If you’re in the mood for a margarita while you explore California Adventure, Rita is your girl. The Baja Blenders stand serves virtually nothing but margaritas, and has a decent selection of different flavors and non-alcoholic drinks. But the drinks are good, the central location is very convenient, and the nearby views of Paradise Bay and Cars Land make Rita’s Baja Blenders a great place to stop for a mid-afternoon drink.
