Tons of different creatures call Critter Country’s forest home: Winnie the Pooh and his friends, the Br’er gang, families of ducks…and one mysterious little creature with his own private home. Welcome to Mr. Bluebird’s House!

Mr. Bluebird's House

Have you ever seen this birdhouse? It’s outside the left entrance to Pooh Corner at the end of Critter Country’s main walkway. Take a closer look at the birdhouse, and you’ll see a name written above the door.

This homeowner comes from Song of the South, the movie inspiration for Splash Mountain. In the lyrics to “Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Da”, you’ll hear reference to a bluebird sitting on your shoulder. That’s the owner of this magnificent little birdhouse!

  1. Very nice. I believe I stopped by this confectionary on my last trip to the mouse, but I can guarantee I did not notice this house!
