Redd Rockett’s Pizza Port opened in 1998 as part of Disneyland’s “New Tomorrowland”. As part of the park’s celebration of Tomorrowland, the Pizza Port has tons of classic attraction posters and space-themed décor. Guests enter the service area, grab a tray, and can choose between the salad, pasta, and pizza counters to grab a fresh plate. For seating, guests have a choice of the indoor dining room or the outdoor patio, which overlooks central Tomorrowland and its fountain. Whether you’re grabbing a late night dinner or a midday meal, you’ll find Redd Rockett’s Pizza Port to be an energetic restaurant with great views of Tomorrowland, the Matterhorn, and the eastern Disneyland skyline.

MY RATING – ★★★★☆

Redd Rockett’s Pizza Port is the best restaurant on the eastern side of Disneyland. If you’re anywhere in Tomorrowland or Fantasyland when you decide to stop for a bite to eat, head over to this quick-service eatery. There’s lots of seating, both indoor and outdoor, and guests visiting on crowded days can take their meals to an additional seating area just beyond the entrance to Space Mountain. The Pizza Port has a variety of pizzas, pastas, and salads, and guests also have lots of beverage and side choices to go with their meals. If you’re looking for some Italian food when you’re visiting Disneyland, Redd Rockett’s Pizza Port is the place to go.

MY FAVORITES

  • Celestial Chicken Caesar Salad
  • Bread Sticks
  • Mars-inara Pasta
  • Count Down Chicken Fusilli

TRIVIA

The rocket next to the restaurant’s entrance is all that remains of “Mission to Mars”. This rocket is a scaled-down version of the attraction’s show building, which took guests on simulated trips to the red planet.

The restaurant is sponsored by Buitoni, a subsidiary of Nestle.

  1. I love their cosmic pasta or whatever. With the big meatballs. Surprisingly good for a place that literally looks like a cafeteria.
