LOCATION
Downtown Disney – Anna & Elsa’s Boutique stood just at the edge of the center circle of the shopping district. Whether you were coming from the hotels side or the parks side, you’d see Anna & Elsa’s Boutique on the Grand Californian side of the path, tucked between Sephora and Marceline’s.

- Merchandise – everything and anything Frozen, including Bibbidi Bobbidi-style makeovers
- Unique Features – a life size statue of Olaf by the side door, and a Frozen-themed photo booth
Anna & Elsa’s Boutique was a combination beauty parlor and gift shop celebrating everything and anything Frozen. The front of the shop sold virtually every piece of Frozen merchandise available from Disney, including charms, pins, pens, dolls, clothes, books, art…you name it. The makeover space occupied the back of the shop, where little girls (and boys!) transformed into their favorite characters, or just got some ice-inspired face paint and glittery hair styling. The Boutique in the back catered to the youngest of park visitors, but the shop as a whole offered something for Frozen fans of all ages.
CLOSURE
Over time, the shop’s popularity dwindled. Virtually every shop at the resort sells Frozen merchandise anyway, so the resort didn’t have much need for a standalone shop once Frozen mania started to subside. The shop closed quietly in the fall of 2017, to make room for the Dream Boutique, a shop for all of Disney’s princesses.
TRIVIA
Anna & Elsa replaced a shop called Studio Disney 365, a similar boutique and makeover stop with more of a generic pop star theme.
