1. Why is Disneyland open on federal holidays? (submitted by Janice)
I don’t work for Disney so I can’t speak to any official guidelines/policies, but holidays are some of Disneyland’s busiest days – they definitely benefit from being open when many people have vacation time.
2. When is Disneyland going to end the mask mandate in the parks? (submitted by Gail)
They haven’t said anything yet. So it would be silly for me to guess!
3. Where can I read through Disneyland’s COVID measures before my trip? (submitted by Eleanor)
This page has links to all of the latest announcements, guidelines, and procedures!
4. Can I bring sparklers or small fireworks into the park to use at night? (submitted by Grace)
…What?! There is not a chance on earth Disneyland would allow visitors to bring handheld fireworks into the park. That is an unbelievable safety hazard and liability in a crowded theme park.
5. Why is it called the Rivers of America if it’s one river? (submitted by Tony)
The idea is that you magically travel through the Colorado river when you’re in Frontierland, the Mississippi River as you go by New Orleans Square, and the Columbia river as you go by Critter Country. So it’s three “rivers” snuck into one!
