1. How do I get from the Disneyland Hotel to the park entrance? (submitted by Carolyn)
The walk is a straight shot all the way through Downtown Disney, where you’ll find the entrances to both parks. Assuming you don’t get stuck in any kind of crowd bottleneck, the walk should take about 15 minutes.
2. I have a parent coming with me on my trip that does not speak English. Is there anything I should know to help him make the most of the experience? (submitted by Isobel)
Yes! Stop by City Hall as early as you can in your trip. They’ll be able to get you a guide map and/or complimentary attraction translation device in one of the following languages: Italian, French, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, German, Japanese, or Portuguese.
3. How can I cancel my Disneyland ticket if a trip doesn’t happen? (submitted by Ellie)
Unfortunately, Disneyland tickets are not refundable or transferrable.
4. Do I need to get some kind of pass to join single rider? (submitted by Cara)
Nope, you just need to hop into the single rider line!
5. Are there disability accommodations for character meet and greets? (submitted by Kris)
Usually, yes. All characters have a cast member “handler” with them – check with that cast member to see what accommodations they have available for your particular situation.
