LOCATION
Pacific Wharf – Rita’s Baja Blenders sat in the center of Pacific Wharf. To find this quick service stand, you’d head across the Pacific Wharf bridge, toward the Lucky Fortune Cookery. You’d find Rita’s straight ahead, to the left of Cocina Cucamonga.
EXPERIENCE
Rita’s Baja Blenders was a quick-service drink spot located along California Adventure’s waterfront. Guests could grab a drink, wander the pier, and grab a seat overlooking the water or Radiator Springs. Rita didn’t serve food, but she offered a variety of drinks to keep you cool in the California sunshine.
CLOSURE
Rita’s went through a bit of a makeover when the land transformed from Pacific Wharf to San Fransokyo Square. The former version closed in August 2023, reopening as Rita’s Turbine Blenders within the same month.
TRIVIA
My original rating: If you’re in the mood for a margarita while you explore California Adventure, Rita is your girl. The Baja Blenders stand serves virtually nothing but margaritas, and has a decent selection of different flavors and non-alcoholic drinks. But the drinks are good, the central location is very convenient, and the nearby views of Paradise Bay and Cars Land make Rita’s Baja Blenders a great place to stop for a mid-afternoon drink. (★★★★☆)
Love Rita’s!
