LOCATION
Downtown Disney – Centrico’s location suits its name (“central” in Spanish). The restaurant sits at the center of Downtown Disney, approximately halfway between the park gates and resort hotels. You can’t miss the spot if you walk through the district from either direction; it’s exactly where Uva Bar used to be located.

If you’re craving Mexican food, want a nice place to grab a drink, or want a perfect spot for people watching, Centrico is kind of the place to be in Downtown Disney. The central location makes it super convenient as a stop whether you’re staying on property or not. And above all, Centrico is designed to be a great place to hang out, even if you’re just swinging by at a non-meal time for a refreshment.
MY RATING: ★★★★☆
I think the food at Centrico is great, and the atmosphere is even better. The roof gives you some much needed shade but it’s not so overwhelming that you lose the feeling of dining outside in the center of Downtown Disney. I only knocked off one star because I think both the food and the drinks are overpriced – not an uncommon complaint at the resort.
