MY RATING:ย โ โ โ โ โ
The food at Din Tai Fung is really good. They have a huge menu and itโs very fun to try different things each time you visit. However, Iโm knocking a star off this restaurant for two reasons. One, the menu is not diverse ingredient-wise or allergy friendly, so if you have picky eaters or dietary restrictions in your party, youโll have a tough time. And two, the waitlist/check-in process is a little rough. Even with reservations, you sometimes wait quite a while to get seated. And the waitlist times never seem to be accurate/reliable, so just know going in youโll have to be patient.
MY FAVORITES
- Kurobuta Pork Xiao Long Bao
- Spicy wontons
- Noodles with spicy sauce
- Steamed chocolate buns
TRIVIA
Din Tai Fung originated in Taiwan and grew from a humble dumpling stand to a world-renowned dining experience with Michelin-star recognition.
Their soup dumplings are made with exactly 18 folds, which symbolizes perfection in the chefโs craft.
This location was previously home to the Earl of Sandwich.

This has opened since my last visit to the parks (Dec 2018). Obviously I need to go back! .
