Downtown Disney – Marceline’s Confectionary is located near the center of Downtown Disney, on the southern side of the street. If you are coming from the parks, you’ll find Marceline’s on the left, just after Anna & Elsa’s Boutique. If you are coming from the hotel end of Downtown Disney, you’ll find it on the right, around the corner from Catal.
EXPERIENCE
Details:
- Merchandise – chocolates, candies, caramel apples, collectible tins
- Price Range – smaller candies are a few dollars, and tins and candy bags can be as much as $50
- Unique Features – You can watch the candy makers create sweet treats through the shop’s windows.
Marceline’s Confectionary is Disneyland’s candy kingdom. This sweet shop has a huge selection of chocolate, caramel apples, cookies, baked goods, cake pops, mixed candies bags…basically anything you can think of with sugar in it. If you want a Mickey-shaped dessert during your trip, Marceline’s will have the largest selection in the Disneyland Resort.
SHOPPING TIPS
The lines in Marceline’s tend to move very quickly, since there are two separate sides of the counter that service customers. If there is a long line in the shop, my advice is to get in it, even if you aren’t sure what you want. You’ll be able to see the display case from line, and both sides sell the same candies.
When there isn’t much of a line, take some time to explore the back walls and shelves. The shop always has interesting tins and candy bags for sale, and you never know what kind of cool souvenir you might find!
TRIVIA
Marceline’s is named after Walt Disney’s hometown, Marceline Missouri.
