If you lose something during your visit to the Disneyland Resort, or if you find a forgotten item, the lost and found system is here to help. The resort has its own Lost and Found Center, which helps guests locate missing items in Disneyland, California Adventure, or Downtown Disney.

Missing an item? You can either call (714) 817-2166, or visit the center directly. To find the center, start at the promenade between park gates. Face the Disneyland gate, and turn left. You’ll see the lost and found building on your right, just before the lockers.

If you know where you left an item (like on the seat of an attraction), head back to that area and ask a cast member directly before contacting Lost and Found. Cast members will hold onto lost items for a while, in case you come back to retrieve them.

Found an item? If you found someone’s missing belongings at an attraction, restaurant, or shop, inform the nearest cast member and they will hold onto the item and then turn it in. But if you find an item in the middle of a walkway or away from any specific location, bring it by the Lost and Found the next time you pass through the Disneyland gate.

While the Lost and Found is a fairly efficient system, it relies heavily on guests helping each other out. So if you see a missing item, please be considerate of your fellow visitors and turn it in. You never know when you’ll be the one looking for something important!

  1. Phone flew out of the Matterhorn towards the end on the left side of the ride it has a blue case and it’s a LG phone. It was about 19:30 when I rode that ride I let a cast member know about the incident.
