If you’re a Marvel fan visiting the Disneyland Resort, Avengers Campus is undoubtedly on your to-do list. But don’t race in too quickly, or you’ll breeze past a hidden gem right at the land’s entrance: the arc reactor.
For the uninitiated, the Arc Reactor is the crown jewel of Tony Stark’s genius. First glimpsed in Iron Man (2008), this energy source was initially created to keep shrapnel from reaching Tony’s heart and later became the clean power supply for his high-tech suits. And the campus has its own massive arc reactor just off the Buena Vista Street path, surging guests with energy as they cross into the land.
Another added bonus: Avengers Campus’ backstory is that it was built on a former Stark Industries complex. So Tony’s own technology is now build into the ground as well, alongside his father’s.
