Hey there, fellow visitor to Radiator Springs! Are you headed to the race track today? We’ve been invited to join the race – come on, I’ll show you the way.

Honestly, the path to the racetrack is one of the most stunning parts of Radiator Springs. We’ll pass under bridges, around clusters of cacti, and head into Comfy Caverns Motor Court.

This is Stanley’s Oasis, a local hubcap store. I don’t think Stanley’s working today, but he always keeps his fountain flowing for passing travelers to admire.

On the way to the racetrack, we’ll have to pass through a few outbuildings. You’ll see a lot of ads for local tire shops, bars, and other haunts. It makes sense – the residents know most travelers hang out at the races.

Do some of the signs on these buildings sound familiar? Many of them were featured in a car toon, called “Time Traveling Mater”.

One last stop before we reach the Motor Court. I have to admit, the last outbuilding is my favorite. This is the Amazing Oil Bottle House, with walls made from glass bottles that reflect light. While you’re busy admiring all the colors, I might just head over to the race track. See you at the finish line!
