Hungry pilots in search of a bite to eat between flights need look no further than the Smokejumpers Grill. This quick service eatery has a wide variety of dining options, shaded seating on the adjoining patio, and overlooks the grand entrance to Soarin’. The interior, modeled in the same rustic design as the rest of Grizzly Peak, continues the land’s theme of paying tribute to northern California and adds the spirit of flight and air travel.
MY RATING – ★★★☆☆
The Smokejumpers Grill has a good selection of sandwiches, burgers, and snack foods. They have a full kids menu, a healthier salad option, and lots of seating. The food is decent, and the prices are comparable to the other restaurant prices in the park. Whether you’re looking for a meal or just want a quick snack as you explore Grizzly Peak, The Smokejumpers Grill is a solid dining option.
MY FAVORITES
- Grilled Chicken Sandwich
- Classic Cheeseburger
- Chicken Breast Nuggets With Fries
TRIVIA
The Smokejumpers Grill has the same interior style as Soarin’ Over California, but they are in two separate buildings.
When this area was its own land, Condor Flats, this restaurant was known as the “Taste Pilot’s Grill”.
Agree on the chicken & jack sandwich it is delicious!
🙂 It’s one of my go-to spots for lunch. Very yummy! And the fries are very salty…so very addicting haha.
