- Price Range โ Most items under $20, with a few collectibles over $50
- Unique Features โ Musical instruments cover the tallest shelves, gramophone marquee
The 20th Century Music Company isnโt so much a music shop as it is a collectibles shop. Sure, the tiny little store sells Disney soundtracks and CDs, but the biggest draw is the wall to wall collection of trading pins.ย Visitors to the Music Company come in search of tons of different pins, and often leave with some kind of musical souvenir.
SHOPPING TIPS
This shop is absolutely TINY, and youโll be hard pressed to find a time to visit without crowds. Your best chance of searching the pin racks without crowding would be before lunchtime. Otherwise, just go in with a little patience, and youโll be able to find what youโre looking for.
TRIVIA
Since 2010, the shopโs window has honored Disney legends Richard and Robert Sherman.
For the first three and a half decades of park operation, this spot housed a tobacco shop! Youโll still see its mascot, the Main Street Chief, hanging out on the curb today.
I think I bought a pin here once now that I see it. It’s so easy to forget these little shops.
It really is! Especially on Main Street and in New Orleans Square. The teeny little shops all blend together sometimes!
