LOCATION
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge – It’s easy to miss Black Spire Outfitters, since this little shop is right between two busier storefronts. You’ll find it in the marketplace, the semi-covered shopping area next to the large Ronto Roasters rounded building. Black Spire Outfitters is on the north side of the marketplace, between Toydarian Toymakers and Kat Saka’s Kettle.
EXPERIENCE
Details:
- Merchandise – Jedi robes, sith robes, accessories
- Price Range – most items run in the $50 – $100 range, with some pieces over $100
- Unique Features – Fabric & threads hanging from ceiling & lining shelves
Travelers passing through Black Spire Outpost often need new clothing, and the Outfitters offers the best wares on the planet. Here, you’ll find the last robes and accessories, not to mention replicas of famous outfits from trend-setting jedi.
SHOPPING TIPS
This shop, like all of the storefronts in the marketplace, is really quite small inside. It will probably always feel crowded, but the good news is that people cycle in and out fairly quickly. My advice is to visit the shop between fast passes or dining reservations, and just be a little patient – you’ll get what you need!
One other important thing to note – only guests under 13 can wear costumes inside the park, and most of the items in this shop qualify as costumes. And for guests under 13, make sure their costumes do not drag on the ground, or they will be asked to remove them for safety reasons.
TRIVIA
The sewing droid responsible for creating the robes in the store is named GX-8.
In the Galaxy’s Edge novel, this shop goes by the name “Arta’s Shop”, in reference to owner Arta Kleidun.
