Summer 1993 – present
LOCATION
Main Street USA – Carriage Place Clothing Co. connects directly with the Disneyland Emporium, at the corner of Main Street facing the town plaza. If you’d like to visit through the shop’s “main” entrance, head to the fire station. You’ll see Carriage Place on your right, usually with the doors wide open.
EXPERIENCE
Details:
- Merchandise – mens and women’s clothing, some selection of children’s clothing
- Price Range – most items range between $50 and $100
- Unique Features – Dapper Dans often perform in front of the shop’s entrance
Carriage Place Clothing Co. is partly its own store, and partly the clothing section of the Disneyland Emporium. This shop has a sizable selection of spirit jerseys, tee shirts, sweats, pajamas, hats, and more. If you want to buy some clothes at Disneyland, this shop is an excellent place to start.
SHOPPING TIPS
This store gets out of control crowded as the afternoon/evening progresses. The Emporium never has the best traffic flow, and this shop’s corner spot means you may have to snake through crowds of shoppers to browse the selection. I recommend visiting either before lunch or after fireworks crowds have cleared out, when the shop tends to be a little bit quieter.
TRIVIA
The shop’s tagline is “clothiers of distinction”.
Some Disneyland guides & maps do not recognize Carriage Place as its own store independent from the Emporium.
