Mlle. Antoinette's Parfumerie

May 2011 – present

LOCATION

New Orleans Square โ€“ The Parfumerie occupies a small corner of Orleans Street. If you walk along the Squareโ€™s front walkway, toward Critter Country, youโ€™ll find the Parfumerie on your left, between Cafรฉ Orleans and the French Market.

EXPERIENCE

Details:

  • Merchandise โ€“ perfumes
  • Price Range โ€“ expensive, youโ€™ll be hard pressed to find anything under $50
  • Unique Features โ€“ stained glass and crystal dรฉcor, elaborate chandelier

Walk into this tiny little shop and youโ€™ll be swept away into a fantasy antique shop. The sales people will be more than happy to guide you through their vast selection of perfumes, and youโ€™ll leave the shop with a brand new signature scent!

SHOPPING TIPS

Since shopping for pricey perfumes is not an experience every Disney guest seeks out, this shop is usually pretty quiet. Avoid this area after Fantasmic!, when visitors will crowd the walkway around the shop to catch a peek of the show. But otherwise, there is no better or worse time to swing by the Parfumerie.

TRIVIA

This shop was originally designed for Waltโ€™s wife, Lillian, hence the beautifully detailed decoration from floor to ceiling.

Mlle. Antoinetteโ€™s Parfumerie brought back a taste of 1960s New Orleans Square: quaint, old-fashioned shops with obsessive details and unique wares for sale. Walt and Lillian would have loved it!

    • Hi Magdalena! Disneyland doesn’t sell any of these perfumes online, but it’s possible the merchandise # may be able to help you place an order: (877) 560-6477. Otherwise, all of the perfumes they stock are available in stores like Ulta or Sephora if you remember the one you liked.

  1. Hello! When I was probably 5 years old,, around 1970, grandma would take us to Disneyland. I remember the most AMAZING smelling drawer sache. They resembled the shape of a walnut. The thought of smelling that incredible little thing again wouldake my heart so happy. I was so little! I’m now 57. Does anyone have any ideas what it was exactly? I would like to locate some if they still existed. Thank you.

  2. How can I purchase the new Minnie bows and polka dots Card Holders priced at $14.99 at Disney Clothiers Ltd. in Disneyland,

    • Hi Wendy – I can’t answer questions about merchandise since I don’t work for Disney. You can visit shopdisney.com or call Disneyland’s merchandise # at 800-362-4533; they may be able to help!

  3. I wish they’d bring back that “create your own perfumes” thing the original Mlle. Antoinette’s Perfumerie had (back between the 60’s and the 90’s). That was so much fun!

    • I really wish this as well. My mother would go every year to have her fragrance made to order. ๐Ÿ™

      • My mother did as well. They kept a file that had the โ€œrecipeโ€ to her fragrance. My mother passed way and my sister and I would love to have her special perfume made again but we donโ€™t have any of the info.

  4. I am so thankful you shared this storefront because it is my favorite!!!!! It always smells amazing and it is so cute.
