If you’re looking for Haunted Mansion or Nightmare Before Christmas merchandise at the Disneyland Resort, Port Royal should be #1 on your list. This small but mighty shop houses tons of merchandise, from clothing to pins to books to toys…pretty much anything with Madame Leota or Jack Skellington.
SHOPPING TIPS
This shop opens on three sides: toward the Royal Street Veranda, toward Royal Street, and toward Pieces of Eight. That makes it pretty easy to navigate, even when the area gets crowded (especially during Halloween time!).
From September – December, if you want to catch a glimpse of Jack & Sally without waiting in line, definitely hang out in this shop when you see crowds queuing up. You’ll be able to see the meet & greet area from inside the shop, facing Pieces of Eight.
TRIVIA
Originally, this space housed the legendary One-of-a-Kind Shop.
The Magic Kingdom in Orlando has a Port Royal counterpart: Memento Mori.
The official sign for the shop reads: Port Royal – Curios and Curiosities.
