The smallest land in Disneyland has had the most identities. Indian Village. Bear Country. Critter Country. Bayou Country. With each change in theming, little bits of the old personality stay behind, becoming hidden gems. Let’s find the subject of today’s post: Teddi Barra’s Swing.

To find this hidden gem, let’s go to the Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree. Head up the ramp to the upstairs deck, and walk toward the back.

Along the rear wall of the restaurant, you’ll see a floral swing hanging from the rafters. This is Teddi Barra’s Swing. Teddi starred in the Country Bear Jamboree, which ran in the building now housing Winnie the Pooh from 1972 to 2001.

While the Jamboree is long gone from Disneyland, you can still see Teddi Barra’s act in Walt Disney World!
