Anyone who’s ever had a blog will tell you: you need a LOT of photos. As a result, I’ve easily taken thousands of photos of the happiest place on earth. After a while, you realize you’ve been snapping the same angles over and over again. It’s easy to fall into familiar patterns. So on my last few trips, I’ve really been trying to capture lands from new angles, views I haven’t seen much on my blog, other blogs, even social media. This exercise has been so exciting; in some ways, it’s like seeing the park through fresh eyes. Familiar lands start to have little sparks of newness. Even if you’re not a blogger, I highly recommend challenging yourself to take photos from angles you’ve never tried before – whether at a Disney park, on a hike, wherever. I hope you feel the same thing I have…what is old can be new again!

Critter Country was the first land I tried to photograph differently. I spent a lot of time rotating in circles in search of new vantage points. Here are a few of my favorite snapshots.
