LOCATION
Downtown Disney โ The Disney Dress shop occupies a corner shop by the Grand Californian entrance to Downtown Disney. If youโre coming from the parks, keep to the left of the main walkway. Youโll see the shop just after the opening from the hotel. And if youโre coming from the Disneyland Hotel side of Downtown Disney, youโll find the shop on your right, just beyond Marcelineโs Confectionary.

You donโt have to limit your vintage-inspired Disney attire to Dapper Day anymore! The Disney Dress Shop sells dapper dresses, bags, hair clips, ties, and other accessories all year long. Here youโll find official pieces from the Disney Dress line, as well as collections from Dooney & Bourke and LoungeFly. Thereโs a small dressing room if you want to try on your dress before committing, and no shortage of accessories to complete your look.
SHOPPING TIPS
I am by no means an impulse shopper; I like to mull over a purchase before finally taking it home. But let me say this: that strategy has cost me a few great pieces from the Disney Dress Shop. The collections on sale here stay in the store for a very short time, either due to selling out quickly or being swapped out for the newest collection. If youโre seriously considering an item from this store, my suggestion would be to buy it and store it in your hotel room or locker with the receipt. Better to mull it over and return it later than to decide to buy and find an empty shelf the next day.
TRIVIA
Originally, the shop occupied a much smaller location near the Uva Bar, between neighbors Build-A-Bear and RIDEMAKERZ.
Does this retail space feel somewhat familiar? In the last few years, itโs been themed as both Anna & Elsaโs Boutique and the Dream Boutique.
You can also find the Disney Dress line at Le Bat En Rouge in New Orleans Square.
I GOT MY TIKI ROOM DRESS HERE! Well, across the circle when it was on the other side. But I love it!
I feel this store is overpriced for these dresses. But I guess Disney doesn’t care that I already spent so much on my park tickets and hotel. They know it will be paid.
