Downtown Disney – The Hearthstone Lounge faces the central atrium inside the Grand Californian. To find the bar, head into the main seating area near the front desk (it’s huge and hard to miss!). Head toward the hallway to the left of the massive fireplace, and you’ll see it at the end.

If you’re looking for a quiet place to enjoy a drink at the Disneyland Resort, the Hearthstone is one of the best places to be. This beautiful bar shares the California craftsman style of the hotel’s main atrium, and its somewhat hidden location keeps the bar area quiet for most of the day. You don’t have to be a guest of the Grand Californian to enjoy this spot. It’s close to Downtown Disney, making it an easy place to relax as you explore the resort grounds.

I’m a big fan of Hearthstone; it has a huge drink menu and is a really comfortable place to rest your feet. On busier days (especially during the holidays when the hotel is decorated), it can be tricky to find a seat. But most of the time, the Hearthstone is a great place to enjoy a drink and snack and get out of the craziness for a little while.
