Disneyland finally took down its holiday season décor, but the new year celebrations are still going strong over in California Adventure! Starting January 25, Paradise Gardens Park celebrates the year of the pig with a huge block party.
No ticket required for this party – just stop by Paradise Gardens Park during your visit to California Adventure. You’ll see the area transformed into a beautifully decorated garden, complete with paper lanterns and lots of red and gold accents.
This year’s entertainment lineup includes:
- Mulan’s Lunar New Year Procession – a daily parade featuring Mulan and Mushu
- Surprise character meet & greets in special costumes
- Special performers including drummers and dancers
- Food carts with specialty food dishes from all over Asia
- Craft and activity tables
- Shops in the area offering exclusive Lunar New Year merchandise
- AP corner with exclusive annual passholder buttons and photo op
