Note: I think this location officially got its name and started serving drinks when California Adventure 2.0 opened, based on historic park maps I’ve seen. However, if you know of a different date – please let me know so I share the most accurate information possible here!
LOCATION
Hollywood Land – The Hollywood Lounge hides in the northeast corner of the land, not too far from Monsters, Inc. To find the circular building, walk through one of the two backlot archways off the main drag. You’ll see it in the small courtyard; the red and turquoise color scheme makes it hard to miss.

For seasonal refreshments on a hot day in California Adventure, there’s no spot quite like the Hollywood Lounge. Here, you’ll find an assortment of rotating beverages, so you can try something new every time you visit.
MY RATING – ★★★★☆
I really like both the 50s diner style and variety of drinks available here. Whether you prefer cocktails, mocktails, beer, or a seltzer, you’ll probably find something you like here. I knocked off a star because I wish they had some more snack options in rotation as well. But otherwise, it’s a nice place to grab a refreshment.

Originally, this building was fairly discreet and shared the basic color scheme of the soundstages. But in 2022, it went through a mini refresh to its current theming.
