In Avengers Campus, WEB isn’t just the byproduct of Peter Parker’s suit. The Worldwide Engineering Brigade (W.E.B.) brings together young engineers to develop new technologies, hone their skills, and above all, make the world a safer place.

But did you know that you can see the current WEB engineering team? To find it, head over to WEB Slingers.

WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure

As you wind through the courtyard, you’ll spot a slinger vehicle diagram, surrounded by the engineers who helped develop it. Let’s go around the table and meet them.

WEB Engineering Team

First up, Onome.

A child prodigy and intuitive engineer, Onome brings both her talents and experiences with vibranium to the team. She hails from Wakanda, and grew up idolizing Shuri. She has not been featured in the MCU yet, but in the comics, she’s known to prank Scott Lang (Ant Man) by switching number assignments in the Future Foundation, a philanthropic organization led by Mr. Fantastic.

Next up, Peter Parker.

You know him as your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. Peter Parker is smart, hardworking, and creative, and he’s also known to disappear from the lab whenever someone nearby needs help from a hero.

Now, the youngest team member: Luna Lafayette.

Also known as Moon Girl, she’s a nine-year-old New Yorker sometimes described as the smartest character in the Marvel Universe. She has yet to make her debut in the MCU, but you can find her in a few Marvel video games (and of course, the comics).

Next, we have Doreen Green:

Thanks to a mysterious gene modification, Doreen developed a tail – and squirrel like abilities. Later dubbed Squirrel Girl, she will grow up to join the New Avengers. So it’s possible she’ll show up in the MCU in the future!

And finally, another face you’ve seen on screen in the MCU: Harley Keener.

Harley first appears in Iron Man 3, helping Tony Stark track down the Mandarin. Over time, Tony became a father figure to Harley, and we see the now grown version of him at Tony’s funeral in Avengers: Endgame. Harley is the only member of the engineering team that has no appearances in the comics – the character was created for the MCU.
