Are you feeling adventurous today? I’ve heard there’s a boat company in Adventureland that will take us on a river cruise. We might be able to spot some wild animals! Let’s head over to the boat house and see if they’ll take us.
The boat house is home away from home for jungle explorers. Check out the photographs, jackets, hats, bikes…whatever they’re not carrying on their current adventure is stored here for safe keeping.
Our tour of the boat house takes us on a mini jaunt upstairs. I love the higher vantage point of the area – it feels like we’re up in the treetops! Just watch out for that bird in the rafters; I’m not sure he’s friendly.
Down the path, we can see ruins from an ancient temple. I’ve heard rumors they’re still offering jeep tours…but I’ve also heard rumors that Indiana Jones himself had some trouble on his.
On our way through the back of the boat house now. Next stop: the dock.
While we wait for the skipper to let us board our boat, we can sneak a peek at the neighbor’s drying laundry. I wonder if they ever worry about monkeys grabbing clothes off the line?
Well, we can’t wait around to find out. Time to head out onto the river.
