Main Street USA – The Silhouette Studio draws in visitors by Main Street’s hub, facing the castle. If you’re coming from the hub and heading toward Main Street’s train station, you’ll see the little shop on your left, next to Crystal Arts.

The Silhouette Studio sells hand cut black silhouettes of visitors, and has been a Main Street staple since 1956. These fast, affordable, one-of-a-kind mementos are one of the most popular souvenirs you can purchase from the Disneyland Resort!
SHOPPING TIPS
Don’t be intimidated if you see a crowd in the Silhouette Studio; the line moves very fast. But if you really don’t want to wait, I’d recommend visiting the studio during a parade or the fireworks. Sure, it’s hard to get to Main Street during these times, but if you’re already there, you likely won’t have to wait in line. Otherwise – stop by first thing in the morning. Most visitors blow through Main Street to race onto attractions, so the shop takes a while to get busy.

You can create silhouettes for family members that aren’t with you on your trip; artists can work from just a photograph!
The Silhouette Studio is the tiniest shop on Main Street; it’s floor space measures just 100 square feet.
This is one of my favorite shops on Main Street! We’ve had ours done several times, including ones done by Bonnie, who I think has been there for over 30 years! She even totally winged a veil and tux on myself and my husband when we went for our honeymoon. I need to get one of our cat done soon, as they also do pets!
