Any Fantasyland fan knows about Pinocchio’s Daring Journey, a celebration of Disney’s 1940 classic. But the dark ride is not the only Pinocchio tribute in central Fantasyland. In fact, there’s a very important artifact from Pinocchio’s life hidden in plain sight: Stromboli’s Wagon.

Stromboli's Wagon

Walk past the entrance to Pinocchio’s attraction, and turn left as Fantasyland winds toward Frontierland. On your right, you’ll see a special souvenir cart. It’s Stromboli’s wagon, the very one Pinocchio travels in when he’s promised the life of an actor. Today, it appears Stromboli has abandoned his wagon, and now it’s used to sell snacks, ears, and toys to Disneyland visitors! But look closely at the roof and you’ll see an “S” reminding everyone where the cart came from.
