LOCATION
Downtown Disney – Great Maple is one of Pixar Place Hotel‘s dining options, located in the central atrium area. When you enter the hotel, you’ll see the signage for it; it’s an open concept restaurant with a large central bar.

While a restaurant with “maple” in the name might make you think of breakfast, this restaurant is a breakfast, lunch, and dinner spot in Pixar Place Hotel. You can grab a seat at the bar, or on a nice day, eat on the patio overlooking Disneyland Drive (I highly recommend the patio if you can – you get a little bit of a view of Pixar Pier!)
MY RATING – ★★★★☆
Great Maple’s food is really good (I first experienced it at the San Diego location), and the portions are generous. If you’re not staying at Pixar Place, I wouldn’t say it’s worth hauling over there for, as there are other great restaurants that are less of a walk. But if this is your home base for your trip, the restaurant is a solid place to grab a bite to eat.

TRIVIA
As I alluded to above, Great Maple is a chain, with two additional locations in San Diego and Newport Beach.
This is the only restaurant I know of at the resort where you can get breakfast all day long.
