When you’re planning for a trip to the Disneyland Resort, it’s hard not to be excited. A great way to pump yourself up (and refresh your memory) is to watch some of the classic movies. I like to watch a movie or two per day leading up to my trip and it helps me get ready for my time in the park.
The following is the list of movies that have representation in the Disneyland and California Adventure parks, whether in the form of a ride, restaurant, shop, or hidden gem. And since shows change fairly frequently, there are a few movies featured in shows that are not on this list. Have fun preparing for your magical trip!
Note: I did not add sequels, because the list was already very long, but feel fee to add them to your own list.

Pleeeeaaase update this list. It’s so amazing but it needs the new rides added. ?
Haha I will work on it! Sometimes I fall behind on updating posts 🙂
The African Queen is not a Disney movie
Nope – but it was the original inspiration for the attraction so I included it! I didn’t say these were exclusively Disney movies 🙂 Star Wars, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, and any Pixar movies before 2006 were not Disney movies at the time either.
